At Threads of India, we are committed to delivering ethically crafted, high-quality clothing made with care and precision by skilled artisans from India. Each garment we create is a piece of art, carefully handmade with attention to detail, and designed to reflect the values of sustainability and craftsmanship. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

Refunds and Exchanges

  • We have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to make it right.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags intact.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Processing Time

  • Our garments are handmade to order, and we take great pride in ensuring each piece is made with love and precision. We are a small team who is working towards, your order, please allow 3-7 business days for us to ship your garment with the utmost care, as we do not rely on mass production but instead focus on quality, sustainability, and the skilled hands of our artisans.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@threadsofindia.com.au/info.threadsofindia@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  3. Once we confirm your return request, we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
