At Threads of India, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your sustainable products reach you in the most efficient and eco-friendly manner possible. We use hero packaging mailer which are home compostable and comes with a cotton Threads of India Tote Bag.

  • $13 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch. Shipping Within -Regular
  • $15 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 1-5 business days from dispatch. -Express
  • For International Order we use DHL/Australia Post

* Some countries can only be shipped to via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use Australia Post when DHL isn't available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Threads of India control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Threads of India is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

Threads of India offers tracking for all orders, however Threads of India does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/DHL. 

 

Import Duties & Taxes on International Orders:

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, depending on the laws of the destination country. Threads of India does not cover these costs. Please be aware of any additional charges that may apply upon arrival in your country.
